2. Van Transportation to Market (Leave 6:15 AM)
   • ☐ 1 Driver to drive the van to the market
3. Market Set-Up & Sales (7:00 AM – 11:30 AM)
   • ☐ 3+ Volunteers to:
     • ☐ Unload the van 7AM start
     • ☐ Set up the stall
     • ☐ Sell products 8AM start
4. Market Close (11:30 AM – 12 PM)
   • ☐ 3+ Volunteers to:
     • ☐ Pack up unsold products
     • ☐ Reload the van
5. Van Transportation Back to Church Hall (12 PM -1 PM)
   • ☐ 1 Driver to return the van
6. Product Storage & Inventory (1 PM-2:30 PM)
   • ☐ 2–3 Volunteers to:
     • ☐ Unload the van
     • ☐ Take inventory
     • ☐ Store products properly in the hall

Ongoing Role: Market Volunteer Coordinator

• ☐ 1 Person to oversee scheduling, confirm weekly volunteers, and ensure tasks are covered
